Job Summary Our client, a leader in financial services provider, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications and services. This role will focus on modern software engineering practices, AWS-based development, and AI-assisted coding tools to deliver innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Java, Python, Go, software architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.

Remote Core Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications and microservices Build and maintain cloud-native solutions utilizing AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, and Fargate Develop high-quality software using Java, Python, and Go Create, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployments Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to deliver technical solutions Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code and Windsurf to improve development efficiency Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing applications and services Follow best practices for security, scalability, reliability, and performance Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves) Previous Financial Services industry experience 5+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong hands-on development experience with Java, Python, and/or Go Experience building applications within AWS cloud environments Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and Fargate Strong understanding of software architecture and distributed systems Experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines Experience working in Agile development environments Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience with Claude Code, Windsurf, or other AI-assisted development tools Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code and cloud automation tools Experience with containerization and modern DevOps practices Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a remote environment Passion for building scalable and maintainable software solutions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Continuous learning mindset and adaptability

The approximate pay range for this position is between $56.00 and $80.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate.
