As a Full Stack Engineer, you\'ll help build and scale the technology behind Volio while working closely with product, operations, marketing, and external partners. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain our Python/FastAPI backend running on AWS ECS Fargate. Develop and improve AI-powered multi-agent workflows using Amazon Bedrock and LangGraph. Build and optimize RAG pipelines and long-term semantic memory. Develop mobile features using React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android technologies. Create lightweight 2D gamification and student progression features. Integrate GPS/geolocation functionality for school and class-related experiences. Design and maintain data models across PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB Atlas. Contribute to AWS infrastructure, Terraform, and secure cloud architecture. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Support mobile releases through Apple App Store Connect and Google Play. Monitor application performance using tools such as New Relic, OpenTelemetry, and AWS X-Ray. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into accessible, reliable products. Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production applications, APIs, or mobile applications. Strong experience with Python and preferably FastAPI. Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB. Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment. Genuine interest in accessibility, inclusion, and technology that improves people\'s lives.
