Contract Role Overview This role is ideal for a developer with strong experience in full-stack development and data engineering working in an Agile development environment. You will design, develop, and optimize web and database solutions, ETL pipelines, and reporting frameworks that support mission-critical applications. This is a fully remote role with the potential for conversion. Key Responsibilities Develop applications based on specifications provided by software developers or stakeholders. Create, modify, and test code, forms, and scripts to support application functionality. Conduct testing and trial runs to validate the accuracy and performance of applications. Maintain, update, and improve existing programs to increase efficiency and adapt to new requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Develop advanced T-SQL queries, including stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers. Develop and support reporting solutions using SSRS, including dataset design. Partner with technical and business teams to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements. Document data lineage, processes, and technical specifications to ensure transparency and compliance.
Required Qualifications Education:
A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree is required.
Experience:
5 years of relevant work experience, including experience supporting and developing custom web-based applications.
Clearance:
Must possess and maintain a Top Secret level clearance
Technical Skills:
Must possess and maintain a Top Secret eligible clearance. 5+ years of experience with Angular. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server. 5+ years of experience using Bootstrap UI, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery for website design. Experience in Cloud development. Experience with Microsoft DevOps for workload planning and management. Technical troubleshooting, code debugging, and problem-solving skills for custom applications and databases. Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with others. Organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Compensation & Benefits Pay rate for this position is between $40.00 and $43.00 per hour. For this position, there will be only one bill rate regardless of hours worked in a day and/or workweek.
