IoT Applications Developer

Location:

Remote, with travel to out of state customer sites. Must be a New Mexico resident. Overview We are looking for an Industrial Automation Engineer with strong PLC and SCADA experience who wants to work on modern data integration and industrial software projects. This is a customer-facing role where you will work with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial equipment, while also building data-driven applications using MIStudio and integrating equipment using TransSECS.

Responsibilities:

Program and troubleshoot PLCs and industrial control systems Design and support

SCADA/HMI

applications Integrate PLCs, SCADA systems, and equipment for data collection and control Build applications for data collection and visualization using MIStudio Configure

SECS/GEM

communications using TransSECS Travel to customer sites for setup, commissioning, and support Work directly with customers to deliver solutions

Requirements:

3+ years PLC programming experience, Siemens, Omron, Allen-Bradley, or similar Experience with SCADA systems such as Ignition, WinCC OA, Wonderware, or FactoryTalk Basic scripting experience required, Python, JavaScript, or similar Strong understanding of industrial automation and communication protocols Experience working with real equipment and systems Strong customer communication and relationship skills Willingness to travel Nice to
