Junior Full Stack Engineer About the Role As a Junior Software Engineer , you will make an impact by developing and enhancing scalable customer experience solutions that improve user satisfaction, business outcomes, and operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and collaborate closely with product stakeholders, software engineers, quality engineers, business analysts, and operations teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused applications.

In This Role, You Will:
Develop and maintain high-quality software applications that support customer experience initiatives and business objectives. Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance, reliability, and user experience. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery. Support CI/CD activities, deployment processes, and production issue resolution while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. What You Need to Have to Be Considered Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience developing applications using modern programming languages and software engineering practices. Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and application design principles. Experience working with source control systems, code reviews, and software development lifecycle processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. These Will Help You Stand Out Experience developing customer-facing web or enterprise applications. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices. Understanding of secure coding standards and application security principles. Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $ 35,500.00 to $ 52,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
