About TealBridge At TealBridge , we build modern AI-powered software products that help businesses automate workflows, improve security, and solve complex engineering problems. We work with technologies including Python, cloud platforms, APIs, LLMs, automation, and modern web frameworks. We're looking for curious engineers who enjoy learning, building, and solving real-world problems. What You'll Do As a Python Developer, you'll work closely with senior engineers to build production-quality software while learning modern engineering practices.

Your responsibilities include:

Build backend services using Python Develop and consume REST APIs Work with SQL and NoSQL databases Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Debug issues and improve existing applications Participate in code reviews Build automation scripts and internal tools Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services Learn modern AI technologies including LLMs and AI agents Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams Technologies You'll Work With Python FastAPI / Flask PostgreSQL Redis Docker Git & GitHub Linux REST APIs AWS or Azure OpenAI / Anthropic APIs LangChain / LangGraph (nice to have) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Strong understanding of Python fundamentals Knowledge of object-oriented programming Familiarity with Git Basic SQL knowledge Understanding of HTTP and REST APIs Strong problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn independently Nice to Have Experience building personal projects FastAPI or Flask experience Docker knowledge Cloud platform exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) Experience with AI APIs or LLMs JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge React or Next.js experience CI/CD familiarity Linux command line experience

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
