• Job Description Summary
• Lead Software Engineer - IMA Configuration Tools role is responsible for providing technical leadership and hands-on support for software engineering activities related to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of IMA Configuration Tools.

This position will play a key role in delivering robust, user-focused software solutions that support critical aerospace programs. The software lead will collaborate across systems, software, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure solutions meet product requirements, enable interoperability, and support program execution. This role is preferably based in a hybrid/onsite arrangement in Grand Rapids, MI, though remote candidates may also be considered. If hired as a remote employee, in-person attendance for New Hire Orientation on Day 1 will be required.
