The team is undergoing a major technology transformation, migrating from a Node.js, Vue, and MongoDB environment to a modern stack built on Go, React, and PostgreSQL. This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite and offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the company's technology organization. This role is perfect for someone who loves building from the ground up. You'll be leading the rewrite of a core platform, introducing modern technologies, and helping establish engineering best practices in an environment where your ideas will actually be heard. You'll have visibility with company leadership, the autonomy to make meaningful technical decisions, and a clear path toward broader engineering leadership as the organization continues to grow.
