Lead TIBCO Account Technical Strategist Job Description :
Lead TIBCO Account Technical Strategist positions offered by Cloud Software Group, LLC ( Ft. Lauderdale , Florida ). The Account Technical Strategist serves as a trusted technology advisor for strategic enterprise accounts. The ATS mission is to help clients achieve their business goals through the intelligent use of TIBCOs advanced data integration and event-driven architecture solutions. The ATS guides customers in developing technology roadmaps that drive digital transformation and maximize the value of TIBCOs platform. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with senior business and IT leaders within key accounts to align TIBCO solutions with client objectives and strategic goals. The role involves leading the creation of technology roadmaps tailored to each account, emphasizing TIBCOs capabilities in: TIBCO Platform, TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO
EMS, TIBCO
Activespaces, TIBCO BusinessEvents, TIBCO Rendezvous, TIBCO BusinessConnect, TIBCO iProcess, and
TIBCO AMX BPM.
The ATS also partners with account executives, sales engineers, and product specialists to deliver customer success and identify expansion opportunities, while representing the voice of the customer internally to influence product strategy and roadmap. Ongoing objectives include improving system performance, reducing integration complexity, and advising clients on emerging technologies and best practices.
Minimum Requirements :
Employer will accept a Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Lead Solutions Engineer-related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: o Strong understanding of data architecture, integration, analytics, and cloud technologies using TIBCO Products such as but not limited to TIBCO Platform, TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO
EMS, TIBCO
Activespaces, TIBCO BusinessEvents, TIBCO rendezvous, TIBC BusinessConnect, TIBCO iProcess, TIBCO AMX BPM etc.; o Experience in Enterprise Application Integration, Complex Event processing, API management, Enterprise Service Bus and Service Oriented and REST Architectures using TIBCO Technologies; o End-to-end expertise in TIBCO application lifecycle management, encompassing Architecture, Design, Coding, Testing, Deployment, and Production Monitoring; o Must be able to understand, design, implement, present and work with database architectures and concepts using RDBMS - PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL etc. Tools and products sold by TIBCO utilize such database technologies and also improve data strategies and mechanisms for customers; o Experience working with public cloud technology providers like AWS Azure, and GCP to design, architect, deploy, troubleshoot and maintain TIBCO and Cloud Software Group products in cloud environments; o Proven ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders, including C-suite executives; o Experience developing technology strategy, roadmaps, and driving enterprise transformation; and o Experience working in complex enterprise environments across industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or energy. Position based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Telecommuting permitted. Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. Compensation includes a base salary of $ 156,000 to $ 202,994. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work.
