• Minimum 10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in IT Applications Engineering and Solutions Architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, refactoring, and modernizing undocumented legacy codebases and systems
• Deep knowledge of cloud computing platforms ( AWS , Azure, GCP ) and experience architecting cloud-native and hybrid/multi-cloud solutions
• Strong understanding of key architecture domains including Applications Architecture, Integration Architecture, Security & Identity, Infrastructure, Observability, and Disaster Recovery
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership, mentor teams, and present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with modern development technologies such as Java, . NET , Node.js, React, microservices, and API design
• Working knowledge of

ITIL , COBIT

, SAFe, DevSecOps, Lean Architecture, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies

• Background in IT governance, risk management, and compliance (8+ years preferred)
