This person will be responsible for partnering with our Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies specific to Appian applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects Performing QA testing on Appian applications across several projects Creating documentation/ test scripts and recording results Partnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved Analyzing bugs to identify trends Writing user storiesRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field 3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (i.e., Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.) Detail oriented with experience working on several projects at one time Experience working in an agile environment Must be a U.S. citizenin accordance withcontract requirements. Ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance (preference given to those holding active TS clearance) This is a hybrid position and will require on-site presence at our Groundswell HQ in Mclean or other client site locations in the Norther Virginia areaPreferred Skills:

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $83,041.00 - $117,314.00NOTE:
