You will play a crucial role designing, developing, and optimizing document generation solutions for enterprise-level mail and communications. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced document and mail workflows using Quadient Inspire Designer, focusing on high proficiency with Scaler.
• Create, modify, and optimize complex document templates; migrate forms from legacy systems to Quadient Inspire platforms.
• Set up and maintain master workflows in Inspire Designer and Interactive, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and scalability.
• Conduct thorough template reviews, identify optimization opportunities, and resolve setup inconsistencies.
• Participate in testing, enhancements, and upgrades to ensure robust, error-free deployments.
• Import forms from legacy systems and configure applications for seamless migration.
• Provide technical guidance on environment setup and tool configurations.
• Stay current with the latest trends and standards in user design and document composition.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Expert proficiency with Quadient Inspire Scaler (R15/R16).
• Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive modules.
• Demonstrated success in designing and optimizing document templates and workflows.

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Ransack.
• Experience with Java scripting for template customization.
• Proven capability in migrating forms and templates from legacy systems to modern platforms.
