Experteer Overview In this AI Engineer role, you design, build, and scale AI solutions that are secure and production-ready across the firm. You work with AI leads, ML engineers, and developers to integrate capabilities into real workflows. The role emphasizes responsible AI design, governance, and enterprise deployment. You will shape AI initiatives that support international growth and modernization of critical departments, delivering measurable impact.
Compensation / Benefits
Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models in scalable production environments
Build and maintain APIs and microservices using FastAPI to expose AI capabilities enterprise-wide
Collaborate with AI Infrastructure to architect robust LLM pipelines, including training workflows and RAG systems
Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications using secure, cloud-native architectures
Ensure AI models are explainable, reliable, and compliant with governance standards
Continuously monitor and optimize model performance with evaluation frameworks and observability tools Tasks
Demonstrated experience building and evolving software solutions with increasing scope
Experience designing and delivering data-driven applications that solve meaningful business problems
Extensive experience using Python to develop scalable solutions
Hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions with LLMs, embeddings, and RAG approaches
Familiarity with generative and multimodal AI models and their real-world applications
Experience with cloud-based AI infrastructure and modern development practices, including CI/CD and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) Key requirements
