Job Description
The Senior Full Stack Developer plays a key role in developing and enhancing a SaaS-based web services platform. This position partners with cross-functional teams to guide technical direction, solve complex problems, and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. As a senior team member, the role combines hands-on development, architectural leadership, and ongoing support of existing systems, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and technical excellence. This is a direct-hire position working primarily remote with occasional on-site presence required in Coppell, TX.

Lead the design, development, and ongoing support of complex, scalable web applications. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define, refine, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Work closely with technical leads and architects to design and implement solutions ranging from simple enhancements to highly complex systems. Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code. Design and implement automated tests to ensure high code quality and system reliability. Identify performance bottlenecks and drive optimization efforts across applications. Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices. Champion continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and engineering practices. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide hands-on technical leadership within the development team.WHAT YOU LL BRING
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field with 6+ years of experience in software development. Strong proficiency inASP.NET, C
#, JavaScript, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and jQuery, with experience building cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI
(C#) for iOS and Android. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, software architecture and design patterns, and software development principles and best practices Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strong focus on software quality, including unit testing and test automation. Experience with Octopus Deploy, TeamCity, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Jira.
