Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Modern C++ & Angular 16/17/18+)

Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Modern C++ & Angular 16/17/18+ ) Milford, MA (Hybrid) Long Term Contract Candidate needs to work 2 days onsite and 3 days as remote. Position Overview:

Waters Corporation is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our engineering team in Milford, MA. This role bridges the gap between high-performance system-level software and modern, intuitive user interfaces. You will architect and develop end-to-end applications that interface directly with our world-class laboratory instrumentation, ensuring precision, scalability, and an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development:

Architect, code, test, and support robust applications, seamlessly connecting low-level system operations to modern frontend interfaces.

Backend Engineering:

Design and optimize high-performance backend components and data processing engines using C and modern C++ (C++17/20).

Frontend Engineering:

Build responsive, dynamic Single Page Applications (SPAs) using the latest versions of Angular (Angular 16/17/18+) , TypeScript, HTML5, and

CSS/SCSS. API

Architecture:

Design and secure high-throughput RESTful APIs or gRPC services for real-time communication between hardware instrumentation and web interfaces.

Quality & Collaboration:

Lead unit testing (Jasmine, Karma, or GoogleTest), conduct code reviews, and partner with cross-functional hardware and software teams to enforce high engineering standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. C/C++

Expertise:

Deep, hands-on experience in C/C++ programming with a strong understanding of multithreading, memory management, and concurrent execution.

Modern Angular:

Proven track record building enterprise UI architectures using the latest versions of Angular and TypeScript.
