Job Overview:

The candidate will serve as an Ecommerce Solution Lead/Architect, applying deep experience in MarTech, Digital Commerce, Promotions, and Personalization platforms. The role involves defining end-to-end solution architectures across multiple systems, evaluating platform options, and designing API-first, cloud-native enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong experience in MarTech, Digital Commerce, Promotions, and Personalization platforms. Connect business requirements across multiple systems and define an end-to-end solution architecture. Apply a deep understanding of customer, product, pricing, and promotion data models. Integrate platforms such as eCommerce, CRM, CDP/Data Cloud, Marketing Automation, CMS, ERP, and Order Management systems. Utilize experience with promotion engines and trade promotion platforms (e.g., Salesforce Promotions, Vistex, Blue Yonder, Adobe). Apply strong knowledge of personalization, customer segmentation, offers, and campaign orchestration. Evaluate platform options and provide recommendations based on business fit, scalability, integration complexity, and cost.
