- The Senior Regional Customer Application Engineer (RCAE) is the primary technical interface with customers across the Americas during the early opportunity development phase, before formal proposal issuance.
- Job Description
- + Serve as the
- primary early-stage technical interface
- for assigned opportunities across the Americas prior to firm proposal. + Lead early technical engagement with customers, developers, EPCs, utilities, IPPs, and strategic partners to understand project drivers, decision criteria, schedule needs, and key technical assumptions. + Define and recommend the
- optimal technical solution and positioning strategy
- for each opportunity, with strong bias toward standard, executable offerings.
- power plant architecture and value trades
- , including topics such as: + simple cycle vs combined cycle + heavy-duty gas turbine vs aeroderivative solution pathways, including when to engage the appropriate specialist team + phased buildout strategies + reliability/redundancy philosophy + efficiency vs speed-to-power tradeoffs + emissions/permitting constraints + plant footprint and site considerations + black start, islanding, and grid interface considerations + Engage credibly in •data center power generation discussions•, including onsite generation strategies, architecture tradeoffs, and the technical/commercial implications of customer priorities such as schedule certainty, load growth, resilience, efficiency, and standardization.
- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college. + Significant experience in
- thermal power generation, gas turbine applications, power plant engineering, project development, proposal engineering, commercial operations, or customer application engineering
- Eligibility Requirements
- + Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the Americas for customer meetings, workshops, and internal collaboration, approximately

September 14, 2026 For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $113,200.00 and $188,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.Bonus eligibility:
