SAP ABAP

& Fiori Developer/Lead to support and stabilize its SAP landscape while driving ongoing S/4HANA initiatives. This individual will serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for production support, SAP upgrade activities, custom code remediation, Fiori development, integrations, and modernization efforts utilizing SAP BTP and Clean Core principles. The ideal candidate must have strong experience with modern

S/4HANA ABAP

development and understand the architectural differences between traditional ECC development and

SAP HANA/S/4HANA

environments. This is a highly technical role requiring hands-on coding, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and support of enterprise-wide SAP initiatives. Core Responsibilities SAP Production Support Partner with AMS teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues Support both SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions Stabilize and optimize the existing SAP landscape Esker AP Automation Project Own Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) management Support enhancements and integrations related to Esker AP Automation Coordinate development and support activities across SAP platforms SAP Upgrade & Transformation Support Support SAP upgrade initiatives and S/4HANA transformation efforts Perform custom code remediation and modernization Execute ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) analysis and remediation Support PRIME+ analysis and upgrade readiness activities Replace obsolete ECC objects and adapt custom programs for S/4HANA Required Technical Skills Modern

S/4HANA ABAP

Development Must be capable of developing and optimizing ABAP specifically for SAP HANA and S/4HANA environments.

Required experience includes:

Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP) Modern Open SQL Inline declarations SQL expressions Aggregations Joins Code pushdown concepts Avoiding row-by-row processing S/4HANA custom development best practices CDS Views Hands-on experience developing and supporting: Basic Views Interface Views Consumption Views CDS Annotations Associations Authorization Checks AMDP & Database Development ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) SQLScript development Complex database-side logic Performance optimization techniques Performance Tuning Experience utilizing:

ST05 SQL

Trace SAT Runtime Analysis SQL Monitor Performance troubleshooting and optimization S/4HANA Custom Code Remediation Experience supporting: ECC to S/4HANA migrations Simplification Items ATC Checks Custom code remediation Replacing obsolete tables and functions Adapting legacy custom programs for S/4HANA Integration Technologies Strong experience with: IDocs RFCs BAPIs OData Services SAP Web Services Enterprise integrations
