Designs, develops, tests, and maintains software applications supporting NCIS. Builds and modifies applications using PL/SQL and .NET, analyzes system requirements, supports deployments and compliance, participates in code reviews, and prepares technical and user documentation. This hybrid role is based in Quantico, Virginia. Responsibilities Design and code software applications and modules using PL/SQL and . NET. Patch, upgrade, modify, and maintain existing software applications and operational programs. Analyze system input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software needs, and alternative solutions. Support system planning, development deployments, and software compliance standards. Participate in code reviews to ensure work meets standards and specifications.
