SharePoint Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Overview:
FWI is building a team to provide administrative, technical, and management support services to the U.S. Coast Guard's Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Project Resident Office in Mobile, AL. As a SharePoint Developer and Data Management Specialist, you will serve as the team's data backbone — designing, developing, and maintaining the SharePoint environment that keeps the OPC program's documents, workflows, and metrics organized and accessible across the Coast Guard and contractor teams. Work Schedule and Location:

This full-time onsite position will work Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm CST at Austal USA Shipyard facility in Mobile, AL.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain SharePoint workflows, dashboards, and data repositories to support contract management and team activities Organize and maintain a complete electronic set of current and historical program documents including MSAM documentation, decisional memoranda, and technical presentations Initiate, expedite, and close out process workflows related to document creation, indexing, review, delivery, and approval Create standardized reports and presentation graphs on workflow status and process metrics Store and maintain version-controlled data products processed through workflows (CDRLs, comment matrices, status reports, reviewer/approver lists) Monitor data management repositories and forward documentation to relevant USCG staff; alert COR to content issues within one business day Screen documents for proper distribution markings and data rights; review contractor-submitted Data Accession Lists Support administration, collection, and submission of data calls — minimum 40 data calls per hull per year, some requiring response within 4 hours Maintain financial activity spreadsheets and SharePoint task lists tracking program financial activities and requirement documents Develop and maintain a process and plan for creation, incorporation, and maintenance of reports, trackers, and documents Attend SharePoint status meetings and record meeting notes related to assigned tasks
Qualifications:
Required:
4+ years SharePoint infrastructure and web-based development experience Bachelor's degree required Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI Experience in performance metrics, analysis, and trending Active Secret security clearance
