SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

As a Salesforce Administrator at the client location, you will play a pivotal role in he daily maintenance, enhancement, and integration of our Salesforce instance. You will be responsible for managing user changes, monitoring workflow queues, and performing various administrative functions to support our business operations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with external integrations, including AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD, to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity.

USER MANAGEMENT

CREATE, MODIFY, AND

DEACTIVATE USER ACCOUNTS, PROFILES, AND PERMISSION SETS AS NEEDED. ENSURE USER ACCESS AND SECURITY ARE MAINTAINED ACCORDING TO BEST PRACTICES. 2. SANDBOX MANAGEMENT

CREATE

AND MANAGE SANDBOX ENVIRONMENTS FOR DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE PURPOSES. COLLABORATE WITH THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM TO PROMOTE CODE MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES BETWEEN ENVIRONMENTS. 3. WORKFLOW MONITORING

MONITOR

WORKFLOW QUEUES AND AUTOMATION PROCESSES TO ENSURE THEY ARE FUNCTIONING AS INTENDED. TROUBLESHOOT AND RESOLVE AND WORKFLOW-RELATED ISSUES PROMPTLY. 4. EXTERNAL INTEGRATIONS

COLLABORATE

WITH TEAMS RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTERNAL INTEGRATIONS, SUCH AS AWS CONNECT, SERVICE NOW, AND AZURE AD. CONFIGURE AND MAINTAIN THESE INTEGRATIONS TO ENSURE DATA SYNCHRONIZATION AND SYSTEM INTEROPERABILITY. 5. IDENTITY PROVIDER CONFIGURATION

CONFIGURE

AND MAINTAIN IDENTITY PROVIDERS WITH A FOCUS AN AZURE AD, FOR AUTHENTICATION AND SINGLE SIGN ON

(SSO)

FUNCTIONALITY WITHIN SALESFORCE. ENSURE SECURE AND EFFICIENT ACCESS MANAGEMENT. 6. DOCUMENTATION

MAINTAIN

COMPREHENSIVE DOCUMENTATION OF SALESFORCE CONFIGURATIONS, PROCESSES AND CUSTOMIZATIONS. PROVIDE TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO END USERS AS NEEDED. ADDITIONAL SKILLS/DUTIES
