We have more development work than our current team can handle. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build role inside a company that is still early. Read This Before You Apply The next decade will split people into two groups: People who get replaced by AI.People who learn how to build and use it. We only hire from the second group. The Role You will be building real systems used by real businesses.

This includes:

Creating automations using tools like n8n, APIs, and webhooks Using AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.) to generate, debug, and improve workflows Connecting multiple systems together (CRMs, booking systems, databases, etc.) Reading and understanding code, even if you are not writing large amounts of it Learning how to design reliable, scalable automation infrastructure Over time, you will be trained into a full-stack developer.

In the beginning, your advantage will be how well you use AI to build. Who This Is For This is for people who are already doing things on their own.

You should already have:

Built something using AI (automation, tools, websites, or systems) Used APIs or webhooks, or at least understand what they are Used AI tools to actually create output, not just ask questions You do not need a degree.

You do not need traditional experience. But you do need proof that you build. Discipline Requirement This role requires a high level of personal discipline.
