As marketing technology capabilities expand, we are seeking a MarTech Developer Team Lead to design, integrate, and optimize the marketing tech stack. This role combines hands-on development with Agile team leadership, partnering closely with marketing and product stakeholders to deliver scalable, well-integrated solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.Responsibilities:
Lead a cross-functional Agile team of developers, QA engineers, and analysts supporting marketing technology initiatives. Serve as technical SME for marketing platforms including CRM systems, campaign automation tools, AdTech integrations, analytics (GA4), and A/B testing platforms. Translate marketing and business objectives into clear technical requirements and scalable system designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Provide mentorship through code reviews, pair programming, coaching, hiring participation, and career development guidance. Contribute hands-on code daily, ensure high-quality testing and performance standards, promote secure development practices, and drive continuous improvement across the MarTech ecosystem.Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years collaborating directly with marketing teams on AdTech, CRM, campaign automation, analytics, and experimentation platforms. Strong development expertise in C#, .NET/.NET
Core, TypeScript, and modern SPA frameworks (Angular, React, etc.). 3+ years of experience leading development teams within large, cross-functional Agile environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and marketing stakeholders effectively.Benefits and Perks:
