You must be a U.S. Citizen and able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. Responsibilities — What you'll do: Play a key role in designing, developing, deploying, and demonstrating feature-rich mission planning applications that support the nation's most elite special operations warriors Work with your team to test, develop, peer review, and continuously integrate changes into the code base Conduct research for, report on, and create proof-of-concepts and prototypes for modern ways to support next generation aviation mission planning Learn emerging technologies and programming tools to keep you and your team as well equipped as possible Required Qualifications — We need someone who: Has a bachelor's degree in a technical field with 6 years of experience or a master's with 2 years of experience Actively programs with one or more of the following languages: C#, Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, or Typescript Is a motivated and energetic developer that manages time well and can prioritize tasks to ensure projects are completed on time Engages with teammates, both virtually and face-to-face, to plan projects, seek out or provide help on issues, as well as present solutions to clients Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation Preferred Qualifications — Bonus points if you: Has a background in developing mission planning applications for DoW, with specific focus on supporting the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment Have experience using Windows Presentation Foundation for .Net Desktop Development Have experience using Web frameworks such as React, Node.js, Vue.js, Next.js, ASP.NET, or Angular Have any experience developing cross platform applications using Kotlin Multiplatform or .Net MAUI Have examples of code or applications you've built that we can check out Can demonstrate proficiency with AI-Assisted software development workflows Received one or more Scrum, Microsoft, Google Developer certifications or any other technical certifications Salary Range $100,000 - $120,000 USD Benefits — What we do for you: Flexible work hours and hybrid work options Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, including STD, LTD, and AD&D Generous paid time off, floating holidays, and standard holidays 401K savings plan with company-matching contributions up to 4% Educational and growth opportunities Tuition reimbursement Student loan repayment Certification reimbursement + bonuses and Learning Platform Subscriptions Catered tech talk lunches on topics picked by you and your teammates Sponsored community and volunteer events, giving back to our community Monthly office social events; game night, cook outs and office parties
