Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect - S/4HANA PP/DS to partner with global D&T teams to design, deliver, and support scalable supply chain planning solutions. This role will drive the architecture and implementation of integrated planning capabilities across S/4HANA PP/DS and APO (DP/SNP) , aligning business needs with robust, compliant system design. Key Responsibilities Define and govern the end-to-end supply planning architecture , including Demand Planning (DP), SNP, PP/DS, and execution. Lead the design and implementation of S/4HANA Embedded PP/DS and APO SNP (CTM, Optimizer, Heuristics) solutions. Ensure seamless integration between ERP and MES systems to support manufacturing operations. Establish and enforce global planning templates and design standards to drive consistency and scalability.

Design solutions supporting:

Multi-plant planning Constraint-based scheduling Capacity leveling Shelf-life and batch management Provide technical leadership for CIF/integration models and master data harmonization . Support global deployment through a plant-by-plant rollout strategy , including readiness assessments and risk mitigation. Conduct architecture reviews and governance checkpoints to ensure alignment with standards. Collaborate with Digital Business Integration (DBI) leaders across Planning, Manufacturing, and Customer Success. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, sustainable system solutions . Support system operations within the ERP service delivery model , ensuring compliance with

SOX, FDA GMP

, and internal policies. Develop and maintain system documentation (SOPs, SOIs, job aids) and support change control processes . Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in supply chain planning systems or SAP architecture. Deep expertise in S/4HANA Embedded PP/DS or

SAP SCM PP/DS

. Experience with

SAP APO SNP

, including CTM and/or heuristic planning. Strong understanding of integration frameworks, master data, and planning processes . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field . Work Environment & Travel Hybrid/global collaboration across multiple locations. Travel required (domestic and occasional international). Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Exton, PA.
