- 3+ years of experience in RIA/wealth management, custodial services, or advisor‑focused fintech, with direct exposure to advisor technology and operations.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or the ability to obtain them in 90 days.
Bonus points:
Prior experience at a custodial platform, TAMP, or advisor‑focused fintech provider. Experience designing or implementing integrated technology stacks, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox), portfolio accounting, planning software, and digital onboarding tools.
