Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the development team to create bespoke software solutions.
- Offering technical leadership on development initiatives.
- Providing mentorship and support to other developers.
- Directly collaborating with business partners to ensure quality solutions.
- Gain expertise in various technologies and applications to act as the SME.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or 8+ years equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing personnel.
- Proficiency in Java EE, XML, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular 11, Bootstrap, Foundation, Typescript, NodeJS.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles, application architecture, and SDLC.
- Familiar with automation tools such Gitlab and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Financial Services industry experience is a plus.
