Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Implementation Lead for a contract position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in Eagan, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This position is 100% remote.
Compensation:
$74.00 - 76.00 per hour, W2
Position Overview:
This is a client-facing technology implementation and integration leadership role responsible for helping design and successfully execute healthcare technology integrations. The successful candidate will work across clients, internal technology teams, functional teams, and project management to determine how systems and organizations should connect, how data should move between parties, and how implementation requirements should translate into workable technical designs. This position requires technical fluency with an understanding of APIs, data models, data movement, and healthcare system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical aspects of healthcare client implementations and integrations
Work directly with clients to understand business and technical requirements
Translate conceptual requirements into workable technical implementation designs
Coordinate the movement of healthcare data between multiple organizations and systems
Support API connectivity, data sharing arrangements, system interfaces, and file-based data exchanges
Understand and review database models and data structures
Support API-based integrations and modern data exchange approaches
Understand JSON and related data structures used within API integrations
Understand healthcare interoperability concepts and API environments, including FHIR-related integration w applicable
Support data normalization and standardization between client systems and internal platforms
Identify technical dependencies, conduct impact analysis, and troubleshoot issues
Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders
Primary Requirements:
Experience participating in healthcare technology implementations
Understanding of how healthcare organizations, vendors, clients, and technology platforms exchange information
Knowledge of API connectivity, data sharing, and system-to-system integrations
Ability to read and understand database models, JSON, and technical specifications
Strong conceptual solution/design skills to translate client requirements into a workable technical design
End-to-end critical thinking to understand how implementation decisions affect downstream processes
Ability to identify technical, operational, data, and organizational dependencies
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of implementation planning and project management disciplines
Excellent client-facingmunication skills; professional and credible in meetings
Desired Skills:
PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) experience is strongly preferred
Exposure to software development or lightweight engineering
Familiarity with implementation configuration activities, benefit-plan setup, or similar healthcare system configuration
