Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Integration Lead (Senior Manager) to support a large-scale digital factory transformation in the automotive sector, focused on next-generation battery manufacturing. In this role, you will lead the alignment of complex system landscapes across enterprise platforms, shopfloor systems, and data environments , ensuring seamless integration that enables end-to-end business processes. You'll operate in a highly complex, multi-stakeholder environment, acting as the bridge between business, IT, and delivery teams, driving integration strategy, architecture alignment, and execution success. Key Responsibilities System Landscape & Integration Alignment Align enterprise and shopfloor systems (ERP, MES/MOM, PLM, WMS, data platforms) Drive integration across platforms, including interfaces, data flows, and system responsibilities Define and support integration approaches (API-based, event-driven, batch) Clarify system ownership, roles, and boundaries across the digital factory landscape Stakeholder Alignment & Architecture Governance Lead cross-functional architecture discussions across business, IT, and vendors Act as a key counterpart to senior IT and architecture stakeholders Drive decision-making on system and integration topics with program leadership Ensure alignment between business processes, use cases, and system interactions Program Integration & Execution Manage dependencies across systems, platforms, and digital initiatives Ensure alignment between architecture strategy and delivery execution Identify risks, gaps, and inconsistencies and propose pragmatic solutions Support program governance, planning, and prioritization Experience & Qualifications 8+ years in technology consulting or 10+ years of relevant industry experience Strong experience in enterprise architecture, system integration, or large-scale IT transformation programs Proven experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments Experience across enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, MES/MOM, logistics systems, and data platforms Skills & Expertise Strong understanding of enterprise system landscapes and integration strategies Experience integrating systems across heterogeneous environments Ability to translate business needs into technical/system solutions Strong conceptual thinking with a hands-on, pragmatic mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence decisions across business and IT leadership Nice to have: Automotive, manufacturing, or industrial experience Exposure to shopfloor systems and production processes Experience in battery manufacturing or gigafactory environments Education Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) is a plus What you'll work on Aligning complex system landscapes across digital factory environments Enabling coordination between business processes, digital use cases, and system implementation Supporting the setup and execution of a Business Enablement Office Contributing to large-scale manufacturing transformation and factory ramp-up Your Impact You will play a critical role in ensuring system landscapes evolve in a structured, scalable way, enabling end-to-end business processes instead of fragmented solutions . Your work will directly reduce execution risk and build the foundation for future digital innovation.
