Your role and responsibilities Client Delivery & Leadership Lead client engagements and manage project resources to ensure successful delivery. Provide strategic guidance and best practices for project execution and solution implementation. Coordinate client stakeholders and internal IBM teams to drive project success. Develop, present, and deliver technical and business-focused project deliverables. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Cognos Analytics Consulting & Implementation Lead modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy Cognos products. Must have Impromptu catalog skills, Impromptu Report writing skills, Impromptu to Cognos Analytics migration skills . Architect and implement enterprise Cognos Analytics solutions. Install, configure, and administer Cognos Analytics in Linux environments. Perform upgrades and migrations across Cognos Analytics versions. Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize reports and dashboards. Design, maintain, and upgrade Framework Manager models. Support performance tuning, system optimization, and platform modernization initiatives. OpenShift & Kubernetes Platform Deployment Design and implement Cognos Analytics deployments on Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms. Develop container platform architecture and infrastructure provisioning strategies. Configure and manage cluster environments, storage, networking, and container resources. Implement security, authentication, and access control configurations. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and operational excellence. Performance Engineering Conduct application performance testing using LoadRunner with async coding included. Design and execute capacity, scalability, stability, and stress testing methodologies. Analyze performance results and provide recommendations to optimize system performance. AI Solution Enablement Assist customers in adopting and operationalizing AI solutions within their analytics ecosystem. Educate and train customers on AI technologies and best practices to maximize business value. Support the transition of AI solutions from development to production environments. Collaborate closely with customers to understand business requirements and deliver tailored AI-enabled solutions. Help clients integrate AI capabilities into existing analytics and data platforms. Business Development Support Partner with IBM Sales and Services teams to support the positioning and sale of Cognos Analytics and AI-related services. Contribute to solution architecture, statements of work, and technical proposal development. Provide subject matter expertise during client discussions, workshops, and technical presentations.   • 10+ years implementing, upgrading, and supporting IBM Cognos Analytics environments from Series 7 and Impromptu through Cognos Analytics 12.
  • Lead enterprise-scale architecture, migration, and modernization projects across on-premises, virtualized, cloud, and containerized environments.
  • Extensive experience designing and deploying secure, highly available analytics platforms leveraging Windows, Linux, VMware, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Azure, and AWS.
  • Deep expertise in performance optimization, load testing, and scalability assessments using LoadRunner and custom ASYNC coding.
  • Strong database administration background across DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server, including installation, administration, tuning, indexing, and schema management.
  • Proven project leadership experience managing IBM and client resources, delivering executive presentations, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Experienced in supporting sales organizations through solution architecture, technical presentations, and services opportunity development.
