Job Description
10+ Years of IT Experience with a minimum of 5+ years in React Native mobile application development and 3+ years in technical leadership roles. Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of React Native mobile applications. Define mobile application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices. Provide technical leadership to onsite and offshore development teams. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX/UI teams, and Solution Architects to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Drive technical discussions and provide innovative solutions for complex business problems. Ensure application performance, responsiveness, scalability, and security. Integrate mobile applications with backend services, APIs, microservices, and third-party platforms. Support release planning, deployment activities, and production issue resolution. Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical excellence within the team. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews. Work closely with client stakeholders and serve as the primary technical point of contact
