Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Expertise in FINEOS AdminSuite, STD/LTD Claims, Absence Management, Disability Insurance, FINEOS Configuration, Integrations, Data Model, DETs, and Production Support, coupled with strong domain knowledge, communication skills, and experience working with offshore teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and support the extraction, validation, and daily delivery of employee, employer, and policy-related data to downstream systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business requirements.
  
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the FINEOS Data Model, customizations, configurations, and product architecture, including user maintenance, party management, member models, benefits, payments, policies, and coverage administration.
  
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of eForms, activities, tasks, workflows, and Absence Management modules, including notifications, leave requests, leave adjudication, and related processes.
  
• Develop DET scripts to support reporting and data extraction requirements for downstream systems.
  
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug complex SQL queries supporting DET-based data extracts and reporting solutions.
  
• Review and optimize DET SQL scripts to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate digital engagement and portal requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Develop

REST/SOAP API

integrations supporting portal functionality.

• Perform unit testing and defect remediation activities.
  
• Support production deployments and application maintenance.
  
• Troubleshoot portal-related defects and customer-reported issues.
  
• Participate in design reviews and technical solution discussions.
  
• Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Salary Range:

$120,000-$140,000 a year
