Job DescriptionAs a key member of the Information Strategy team, the Infor M3 Developer designs, develops, and supports integrations, extensions, and data solutions that enable core food manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and ERP team members to translate requirements into reliable applications, integrations, and business intelligence solutions. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesRequirements & AnalysisCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand business and operational requirementsTranslate functional requirements into technical specifications aligned with Infor M3 processes and data structuresInfor M3 DevelopmentDesign, develop, test, and maintain Infor M3 extensions, APIs, MI programs, and integrationsSupport enhancements to existing M3 functionalityAssist with Infor M3 updates as neededIntegrations & DataBuild and support integrations between Infor M3 and internal or third-party systems using M3 APIs, MI programs, Infor ION, and interface frameworksWrite, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures supporting ERP data needsDevelop and support ETL processes and data extractsBusiness Intelligence & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain ERP-related business intelligence, leveraging the Infor M3 Data LakeEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for finance, manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain reportingTesting, Support & CollaborationPerform unit, integration, and regression testing for M3 enhancements and integrationsProvide technical support and troubleshooting for M3-related applications and integrationsWork collaboratively with ERP resources, developers, QA, and business users to deliver enhancements while managing multiple prioritiesDocumentationMaintain technical documentation including extension designs, integration mappings, data flows, and relevant configuration impactsOther DutiesSupport additional ERP and information strategy initiatives as business needs evolve CompetenciesLeadership•Provide leadership by demonstrating and driving a sense of ownership and accountability within the team and the department.

QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceRequired Skills & Experience2-5 years of experience developing applications, integrations, or data solutionsHands‑on experience supporting Infor M3 ERPExperience with:
