Job Description The Unified Communications team at Motorola Solutions is seeking an adaptable, high-impact Senior Software Engineer (AI Operations) to spearhead the operational stability, automation, and AI-first transformation of our Mission-Critical Push-To-Talk (MCPTT) carrier deployments. This is an AI Operations++ role sitting at the intersection of complex telecommunications engineering, modern Continuous Delivery (CD), and applied operational AI. In this position, you will own the end-to-end execution of production change controls on live carrier networks, build and integrate advanced CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with emerging technology teams to implement AI-driven troubleshooting tools. If you bring a fast-learning mindset, excel at cross-functional collaboration with external vendors and Tier-1 carriers, and thrive in high-stakes production environments, this role offers an ideal platform to drive real-world impact.
