Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic engineer to elevate our post-delivery support for custom test systems. Our team emphasizes seamless coordination across engineering sectors, ensuring technical challenges are tackled with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Lead site acceptance testing, commissioning, training, and system startup activities. Coordinate resolution efforts by serving as the key communicator between customers and engineering teams. Troubleshoot, document, and drive the resolution of system issues with cross-functional support. Enhance client system usage through strategic consulting and on-site service and repairs.

Required:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of relevant industry experience, specifically in customer-facing roles. Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance and a solid understanding of electronics and computer architectures. Proficiency with high-level programming languages such as LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C++, and C#.
