Job Details Handle complex commercial litigation and government investigation matters in state and federal court. Draft motions, manage discovery, and develop case strategy alongside senior partners. Ideal candidates will have:

1-6 years in a leading New York law firm. At least one federal clerkship (required) and/or experience as an Assistant U.S. Attorney. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
