This role is crucial in designing, implementing, and managing training programs that drive compliance and enhance employee skills.
Job Summary:
As a Training Developer at TXB, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive training curricula, monitoring compliance with training requirements, and managing our training software. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to identify training needs and develop engaging, effective training materials. You will ensure that our training programs are aligned with organizational goals and industry standards. Essential Functions
    Curriculum Development:
    o Design and develop training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals o Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the organization. o Create clear, engaging content that addresses the needs of diverse audiences and aligns with organizational objectives.
      Compliance Monitoring:
      o Develop and implement systems to track training completion and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. o Generate reports on training progress and compliance metrics for management review. o Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure training materials and practices remain current.
        Training Software Management :
        o Oversee the administration of training software and platforms, ensuring they are fully functional and effectively utilized. o Troubleshoot software issues and work with IT or vendors to resolve problems. o Manage user access, update content, and configure features to enhance the training experience.
          Collaboration and Communication:
          o Work closely with department heads and subject matter experts to tailor training content to specific needs. o Provide training and support to internal trainers and facilitators as needed. o Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve content and delivery methods.

          • Demonstrates ability to build networks of people and utilizes resources in person and remotely
          • Demonstrates ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment

          • Demonstrates the ability to work the hours relevant to current priorities and objective of the department
          Qualifications:
          Experience, Competencies, and Education Experience
          • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
          • Proven experience in training development, instructional design, or a similar role.
          • Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
          • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
          • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
