Application Programmer#26-06025 Charlotte, NC Plano, TX Hybrid Contract Starts 7/06/2026 Ends 7/05/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role involves analyzing, designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting applications that integrate with existing businessponents. The ideal candidate will have expertise across multiple technology stacks and will lead onsite/offshore application team members using an Agile process. Responsibilities also include coordinating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and analyzing the potential impact of change requests.

Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, develop, enhance and support applications that integrate with existing businessponents utilizing established processes, frameworks, and technologies Develop and support existing and new project requirements, including coordinating with business to understand requirements, and analyzing potential impact of implementing change requests Perform tasks toprehensively analyze application and process issues, including problem identification,munication and coordination with customer-facing support teams Regularlymunicate work progress with management, identifying issues early and resolving them quickly to avoid or minimize impact to projects Lead onsite/offshore application team members using an Agile process

Requirements:

Expertise on multiple technology skills with different technology stacks Experience developing and supporting enterprise-level applications and processes Experience providing on-call support for critical systems and applications Experience with Hadoop Experience with Python Experience with Teradata Excellent programming,munication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to learn business processes and that knowledge to assigned tasks Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
