Full-Stack Engineer Java • Microservices • Cloud-Native Day-to-day responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices using Java SpringBoot and Python, ensuring high availability and performance across distributed systems. Develop and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries to support fast, reliable data access at scale. Build and maintain responsive front-end features using React and Node.js, collaborating closely with product and design teams. Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins and GitLab to enable fast, reliable software delivery. Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes, supporting seamless deployments in cloud or hybrid environments. Participate in architecture discussions, contributing to microservice design decisions, API standards, and system integrations. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents and performance bottlenecks across the full stack. Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices. What we're looking for 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Java SpringBoot and/or Python in production environments. Strong command of microservice architecture patterns — API design, service decomposition, event-driven communication. Solid experience with MongoDB including schema design, indexing strategies, and query optimization. Working knowledge of React and Node.js for front-end and API layer development. Proficiency with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Comfort working in Unix/Linux environments with shell scripting and command-line tooling. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to root-cause analysis.
