We are seeking a highly experienced Advisor Programmer Analyst with expertise in enterprise application architecture, cloud-native development, modernization initiatives, and software engineering best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET, Cloud, Microservices, Application Architecture, Accessibility, and AI-assisted engineering, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.



Your role in our mission

As an Advisor - Programmer Analyst, you will: Design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using .NET Core and C#

Architect scalable and secure REST APIs and cloud-native solutions.

Apply Microservices Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns to build scalable solutions.

Implement secure coding, performance optimization, and CI/CD best practices.

Ensure compliance with 508 and accessibility standards.

Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and drive engineering excellence.

Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.

Promote AI SDLC practices to improve productivity and delivery quality.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide technical leadership across projects.

What we're looking for

Experience Minimum of 15+ years of IT experience.

Strong healthcare domain knowledge

Strong experience in application development, architecture, and modernization programs.

Proven leadership in enterprise-scale technical initiatives.

Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams. Technical Skills .NET Core, C#, REST API Design & Development

AWS/Azure Cloud Services & Cloud-Native Development

Microservices Architecture & Solution Design

SOLID Principles & Design Patterns

Secure Coding & Security Remediation

Unit Testing, Integration Testing

AI-Assisted Software Development Leadership & Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Ability to mentor teams and influence technical decisions

Strong ownership, accountability, and delivery focus

What you should expect in this role Onsite opportunity in El Paso, TX. The position will remain open until 9/7/2026. The pay range for this position is $90,900.00 - $129,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
