Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual in English and Spanish. C1 Level 3+ years of industry experience in the implementation of Controls Systems and Vision Systems Engineering.
Specialized Knowledge Vision Software:
In-Sight Explorer, VisionPro, ViDi, Keyence Vision Editor, IVNavigator, IX-Navigator, DataMan / Software de visión: In-Sight Explorer, VisionPro, ViDi, Keyence VisionEditor, IV-Navigator, IX-Navigator, DataMan Programming Knowledge Basic scripting (Python, VB, C#) for custom vision applications Lighting & Optics Knowledge of lighting techniques (backlight, bright-field, dark-field, diffuse, coaxial), lens selection (focal length, FOV, DOF, telecentric), and filters (polarizing, bandpass, IR/UV cut)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops vision-logic programs from scratch that meet customer requirements and internal standards. Determines potential for all aspects of vision system execution, from hardware design, system design, network design, and software development. Develops proof of concept for vision systems according to customer requirements. Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards. Verifies and validates engineered system (hardware and/or software) to specifications. Provides technical, system architecture, and application concepts for vision systems. Analyzes project requirements and performs technical calculations supporting design including electrical requirements, camera resolution, working distances, and cycle time.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
