Job Summary:

We are supporting an opportunity for a seasoned performance engineering professional to join a team focused on resiliency and operational excellence. The selected candidate will help strengthen performance monitoring, load modeling, and root-cause analysis across the bank's technology landscape.

Responsibilities:

Support performance engineering efforts for a team serving multiple lines of business within the bank. Contribute to resiliency-focused work as additional operational responsibilities are added. Analyze performance metrics, identify issues, and drive root-cause analysis. Develop and apply load modeling and performance testing practices to support system stability.

Required:

7-10 years of experience in performance engineering. Hands-on experience with LoadRunner. Hands-on experience with JMeter. Experience with performance monitoring tools, load-modeling, and performance metrics/root-cause analysis. Bachelor's degree. Open to converting to a full-time employee if a need becomes available.
