Copilot Developer Location:

Houston, TX (Onsite/Hybrid as required)

Salary:

$130,000- $140,000 annually We are seeking a Copilot Developer with strong experience in Data Analytics, AI-powered solutions, and the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Databricks, and Snowflake and a proven ability to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions.

Candidates with primarily Dynamics 365 (D365) backgrounds will not be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio Configure and customize Microsoft 365 Copilot to support business use cases Build and maintain conversational AI solutions and enterprise copilots Develop integrations with enterprise applications using Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs Create custom connectors, plugins, and automated workflows Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify AI use cases Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance Copilot applications for performance and user experience Ensure solutions adhere to organizational security, governance, and compliance standards Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions Nice to Have Experience delivering AI and analytics solutions in large enterprise environments Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and productivity technologies within Microsoft 365 Interested candidates should highlight their experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Databricks, and Snowflake projects when applying.
