Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Systems Solutions Architect to join our headquarters in Killeen (or our Austin/Dallas hubs). In this role, you will be the primary technical visionary for our enterprise clients, designing robust infrastructure that meets stringent federal security standards. You will work directly with our leadership team—including our CEO—to translate client business goals into scalable technical blueprints. This is not a "behind-the-scenes" role; you will be an active consultant, lead mentor, and the technical face of our most critical projects.
Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Design:
Lead the architectural planning and implementation of Dell PowerFlex storage systems and VMware vSphere environments for high-security defense missions.Security Compliance:
Architect systems that strictly adhere to CMMC Level 2 andISO 9001
2015 standards, ensuring all client data is fortified against modern threats.DevSecOps Integration:
Collaborate with our development teams to bake security into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring rapid deployment doesn't compromise system integrity.Client Advocacy:
Conduct deep-dive technical assessments for government and commercial clients, presenting complex architectural solutions in a clear, actionable manner.Legacy Transformation:
Guide organizations through the migration of legacy on-premise hardware to secure hybrid-cloud environments.Mentorship:
Act as a technical escalation point for Field Service Representatives and Junior Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.Required Qualifications Education & Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and at least 7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level IT architecture.Technical Mastery:
Proven expertise in VMware vCF, Dell PowerFlex, and managing complex LAN/WAN environments.Clearance:
Ability to obtain or maintain a TS/SCI clearance is mandatory due to the nature of our government contracts.Security Mindset:
Deep familiarity with NIST frameworks, supply chain risk mitigation, and cybersecurity auditing.Soft Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you must be as comfortable speaking to a Board of Directors as you are to a systems admin. Preferred Skills Experience with Python or Java for automation within infrastructure. Active Full-Scope Polygraph. Prior experience in the medical aesthetics or construction recruitment niche is a plus for our commercial division.Pay:
