Job Summary Our client is seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and React to develop and support enterprise applications while providing technical guidance across AI-focused initiatives. This role combines hands-on development, code quality oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Core Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and oversight across multiple AI development initiatives Conduct code, design, and architecture reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and security Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and Compliance teams to support delivery and governance objectives Contribute to hands-on development of applications, APIs, and cloud-ready solutions using modern technologies Troubleshoot complex issues and support CI/CD, deployment, and production operations as needed Promote software engineering best practices, including secure coding, automated testing, documentation, and version control standards Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 5+ years of experience in software development 1+ year of experience in a senior/lead role Strong proficiency in modern programming languages including expert proficiency in: .Net and React API and UI Development Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Python Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) JavaScript Snowflake, SQL Server, complex databases
