Lead Software Engineer#26-06717 Pittsburgh, PA Phoenix, AZ Birmingham, AL Farmers Branch, TX Strongsville, OH Onsite Contract Starts 4/27/2026 Ends 12/31/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead - Onsite for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Farmers Branch, TX, Birmingham, AL, or Phoenix, AZ. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer to lead development work for a scrum crew focused on credit card servicing. This role requires excellentmunication skills, deep technical knowledge of Java APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and UI experience with Spring Boot and Angular. The ideal candidate will be able to guide other developers on the crew, lead design and development work, and help troubleshoot as needed.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Systems Analyst, and Quality Assurance Lead to plan and execute development work for all ss Coordinate all work through the CI/CD Pipeline as work is prioritized Ensure all master and project documentation is updated as needed for each release and long-term support Take Business Requirements and work with BSA to create correct technical Jira stories for all work Partner with stakeholders to assist in prioritizing, planning, and delivering solutions aligned with business objectives Promote best practices in performance optimization, debugging, and proper design patterns

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in API/Java, UI/Angular/Spring Boot development, and leadership Deep Java experience Angular/Spring Boot experience Familiarity with Jira/Agile practices Strongmunication and stakeholder management skills Desired skills: Experience working with financial or enterprise data Oracle/SQL querying experience Kafka/Streaming experience Strategic thinking and end-to-end design capabilities Detail-oriented Pay range: $63.75 - $71.75 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
