Plano, TX Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with strong Python expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. This role involves leading development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality, production-ready software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using Python Lead development initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and reliability Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews Design and implement RESTful APIs using Django and Django REST Framework Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments Work with data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflow automation tools Utilize UNIX tools (bash, grep, awk) for system-level tasks

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development Strong experience with Django and RESTful API development Solid understanding of React for front-end development Experience with CI/CD tools and best practices Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline management Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration Familiarity with Superset for data visualization/reporting Strong experience working in Unix/Linux environments and scripting Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
