POSITION

As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in delivering Lydia Voice, our industry-leading voice-directed picking solution, to customers across North America. As a Senior Logistics Solution Specialist, you will work closely with customers to implement, integrate, and optimize Lydia Voice within their warehouse environments. This role combines expertise in voice technologies, software development, and logistics processes to create hands-free workflows that increase productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
THE TASKS
  • You make a difference You design, develop, implement, and support voice-directed logistics applications, including the implementation and configuration of our Lydia Voice solution for national and international customers.
You integrate voice systems with WMS, ERP, and other enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and middleware. You troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, implement long-term solutions, and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance. You conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize customer processes using Lydia Voice. You define solution concepts, contribute to Statements of Work (SOW), and ensure successful project delivery. You support the Sales team as a technical expert during pre-sales activities and customer presentations. You build trusted customer relationships and collaborate closely with Project Management, Development, and Support to deliver outstanding customer solutions.
THE REQUIREMENTS
  • What makes you successful You hold a degree in Logistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
You have hands-on experience implementing or supporting voice-directed picking solutions, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or other warehouse execution and logistics software. You have a solid technical background, including API and system integration, SQL/database management, RESTful web services, and programming in at least one language such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python. You are experienced in software testing, troubleshooting, and debugging, and are familiar with Git or other source control systems. You communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enjoy working directly with customers, and are organized, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment. You are willing to travel up to 35% (primarily within the U.S., with occasional international travel) and hold a valid driver's license.
