We are looking for a committed CNO Developer to join our Cyber security team. You will solve uniquely challenging problems for our Defense and Homeland Security customers. Get s#it done. This position requires an Active US Top Secret security clearance, and the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI Special Access Program accessWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Building offense-grade software that operates in denied, constrained, and adversarial environments Designing, implementing, and debugging custom CNO capabilities across userland, kernel, and network layers Tearing down, modernizing, and re-engineering legacy and acquired tooling for performance, stealth, and maintainability Developing software that runs where defenders don't want it (Windows, Linux/Unix, embedded, mobile, and network devices) Performing deep binary analysis and reverse engineering across architectures and calling conventions Owning and evolving reproducible build systems, toolchains, and test harnesses Working close to the metal: compilers, loaders, memory, execution flow, and runtime behavior Traveling as determined by the customerWHAT YOU HAVE DONE
Experience programming in C and Python Experience developing CNO or exploit capabilities Embedded or firmware development experience on resource-constrained systems Experience developing in one (1) or more of the following: Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments Familiarity with software version control tools (e.g., Git, Subversion, or CVS) Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, or Bamboo) Experience using software debugging/troubleshooting tools and techniques Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience Comfort writing assembly or mixed C/ASM when the problem demands it Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively interact with customersREFERRALS
