The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, strong architectural judgment, and a track record of leading technical initiatives in complex, large-scale environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API Lead architectural discussions and make technology decisions for new and existing systems Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices Work extensively with SQL Server (stored procedures, query optimization, database design) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Product Owners Mentor junior and mid-level developers; conduct code reviews Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) Ensure application performance, security, and scalability best practices Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation Required Skills & Qualifications 11+ years of professional experience in .NET development Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API Solid experience with Entity Framework / EF Core Proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning) Experience with front-end technologies: Angular / React / JavaScript / jQuery Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns (SOLID, MVC, MVVM) Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI) Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Nice to Have Experience with message queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus) Exposure to legacy system modernization/migration projects Certifications in Azure/.NET Domain experience in [Banking/Healthcare/Insurance/Retail - customize per client]
